Getting an answer about your exam

Last revised

Newly Certified has no inbox, web form or phone line, which is why no address is published here. What this page can do is send you to the right desk, since only the exam's owner or its testing vendor can open your application, rebook a seat or release a score.

Each row read on Nov 6, 2026.

Eligibility rulings, score reports, certificates and renewals belong to the owner named in the table; the testing vendor only books seats and runs exam rooms.

Dental assistants: the state board too

What an assistant may do chairside, taking x-rays included, is decided by the state dental board, not by DANB. Every state where DANB lists the radiation or certification exam appears in the state table with its board, so you can see which office to ask.

Checking a figure yourself

Without reader mail, mistakes surface when the documents are reread. Since each fact table credits its source row by row, with its reading date, you can pull up that same handbook or catalog and check the line yourself. A correction edits the single entry behind the figure, and every page of that exam displaying it changes at once; the editorial policy has the details. Where an owner's latest document contradicts us, trust the document.

No reader records exist on our side either: with no account, form or mailing list, Newly Certified holds no personal file on anyone. The single log we keep covers arrivals from outside the site; the privacy page explains it.
